Adventist Health System is pleased to welcome you to our mail order facility Rx Plus Pharmacy. The Rx Plus pharmacists provide guidance and education to help you with all your health care questions and concerns with personalized, high quality and confidential service.

We provide personal attention in a pharmacy you can call your own. We invite you to contact our pharmacists and staff with questions regarding your mail order prescriptions.

• Pay two co-pays instead of three for a 90-day supply of medication (please refer to your specific employer’s plan design)
• Pay 20-30% of the cost of the medication up to a maximum of $250 for a 90-day supply of medication (please refer to your specific employer’s plan design)
• May request refills up to 30-days in advance (we require at least a 2-week notice)
• Prescriptions are typically in our pharmacy 2-3 days before being shipped (not including weekends and holidays)
• Payroll deduction option available for all plans except Adventist Care Centers, University Community Hospital and Helen Ellis
